Returns & exchanges
Returns:
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. Items showing signs of wear, odor, or damage will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items:
For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items are final sale: beanies, hats, and accessories, sale or discounted items, and items marked Final Sale.
Exchanges:
Exchanges are accepted for size or color only, based on availability. If the requested exchange is unavailable, store credit will be issued.
Refunds:
Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method or issued as store credit, at our discretion. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
